Nikunj has rich experience of more than a decade dealing with corporate clients, consultants, bankers, merchant bankers, venture capitalists, M&A teams, and regulators. He is a founding member of NDRL & Co.
His experience with big and mid-level clients inculcated a passionate interest in risk advisory services and financial consultancy. This sheer interest coupled with a shared vision of providing quality financial and consultancy services to corporations and individuals enabled him to establish NDRL. He is leading the Indirect tax team of the firm. He is also the convenor of the Connaught Place CPE Study Circle.
He has also served the renowned JK Group at its headquarters in Delhi, controlling financial, accounting, and regulatory matters of various group entities; assisting CFO and stakeholders in strategic decision-making and day-to-day work. He has done his articles at Delhi very reputed chartered accountancy firm, and received rich experience in Audit of Mid and large-size corporations.
He has been a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2008 and a commerce graduate from Rohilkhand University. Nikunj holds a diploma in IFRS from the UK.

CA Laxmi Raman Goswami
L.R. Goswami has good experience of more than a decade in the area of direct taxation. He has proficiency in Corporate Advisory and Consultancy in the field of tax audits of Domestic and Foreign companies, Banks, Firms, financial institutions, and other bodies. At NDRL he is leading the direct tax team, with vast experience in the field of Tax Audits, tax assessments, and litigation with various authorities.
Before joining NDRL he initially served 4 years in one of the leading and oldest Chartered Accountancy firms. After that he also worked for two years in a Real estate giant, working in the area of accounts & finance. There he was primarily involved in the finalization of the Balance Sheet in agreement with the latest accounting frameworks, setting up SOPs and addressing the deficiencies therein, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements of Income Tax and other legislations. He has given a special edge to NDRL in the field of direct Tax.

CA Dipika Aggarwal
Dipika has been a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since the year 2013. She has done her B. Com (Hons.) from IP College of Delhi University and she has been a gold medalist throughout her academic career.
She has expertise in the area of Statutory Audits. She is proficiently leading the team for statutory audits and matters related to corporate laws and compliances. She is been associated with the firm for the last seven years and proficiently manages corporate law matters.
